Expected delivery time is 7-21 business days. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.
All parcels are securely packed and sent by CNE Express or EMS, Cainiao. Every parcel has its individual tracking number.
Return Policy
You may return a within 14 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state, needs to be sent at the customer’s cost.
Please write down your full shipping details on the package as per your order and put a note with your order number inside it.
The address for return will be communicated by email.
After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation, however, we will do our best to do it asap.
